We were entrusted with the refurbishment and upgrade for St Francis Xavier Primary and we were committed to transforming spaces that inspired learning and growth.
Our scope of work included the conversion of a convent building into modern offices, complete with state-of-the-art kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring functionality and convenience for staff and students alike. Additionally, we undertook a comprehensive upgrade of the administrative building, enhancing its efficiency and aesthetics to support the school’s operations seamlessly.
Furthermore, our team was dedicated to enlarging and updating classrooms to create dynamic learning environments that promoted engagement and collaboration among students. We also executed concreting and playground works to enhance outdoor areas, fostering recreational activities and outdoor learning experiences, including construction of a new pergola, providing shaded spaces for gatherings and events, further enriching the school’s campus environment.
