Which services do we offer?
All Trades Group Training establish connections between businesses and apprentices/trainees.

Initially we attempt to match businesses to apprentices held on file, but in case a match is not immediately possible, we give you the option to look up businesses wanting apprentices/trainees and/or candidates looking for positions in our online database.

We will RECRUIT, TRAIN, PAY, COVER WORKERS COMP, INSURE, and place with your organisation top quality

Apprentices and / or Trainees.

You pay on one invoice per week – everything is covered

 

WE RELIEVE YOU OF:

RECRUITMENT COSTS, ADVERTISING AND TIME;

WAGE, LEAVE AND ON COST CALCULATIONS;

MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS;

WORKERS COMPENSATION PAYMENTS AND CLAIMS;

WORKPLACE / PERSONAL ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE;

TERMINATION PROBLEMS OR PENALTIES.

APPRENTICESHIPS…..

  1. Are jobs that provide work and structured training

  2. Are available to Year 10 and 12 students

  3. Lead to a solid trade background and a stepping stone to further University studies

  4. Allow for financial security and future business ownership

  5. Are suitable for both men and women, with women often gaining industry awards.

AT ALL TRADES GROUP TRAINING, we sign and hold the indentures for the Apprentice and thus are the common law employer for all purposes, even though the apprentice is placed with a host employer. We provide both security and support for the apprentice as well as flexibility and confidence for the host employer

 

ALL TRADES GROUP TRAINING is committed to addressing the looming Skills shortage that is already affecting many Trades and Industries. The most cost effective and efficient method of overcoming these shortages is the training, mentoring and support that an Apprenticeship with All Trades Group Training provides.

We place Trainees in Traineeships such as:

  • Construction
  • Business Admin
  • Accounting
  • Wood Machinist
  • Engineering
  • Reception
  • Medical Reception

 

What do I have to do now?

  1. Register your interest in either your chosen trade or traineeship
  2. Book in for an assessment / information session
  3. Attend the session and you have taken the first step to becoming an All Trades Apprentice or Trainee
  4. From there we will guide you through the journey.
