- Recruitment, training and placement of new apprentices and trainees throughout all traditional trade areas
- Relieving small and medium sized businesses of recruitment costs, concerns, uncertainty, wasted time, wage and on-cost calculations and restrictions usually associated with such employment
- Addressing the current and forecast shortages of tradespeople and skilled workers
- Conducting daily induction sessions for potential Apprentices or Trainees
